Codex

Install https://github.com/akashmahedy/Tencent-Docs-Plugin-for-AI-Agent. Follow START_HERE_FOR_CODEX.md. Do not assume Node.js is installed. Support both Windows and macOS. Detect my operating system and use its launcher: Windows PowerShell .\setup.cmd; macOS Terminal bash setup.command (also supported on Linux). Both launchers download and verify Node.js automatically when it is missing or too old. Do not run node setup.mjs before Node is ready. Use an interactive terminal so I can enter my Tencent token privately.

Start on Windows or Mac

Download & extract

The same ZIP supports Windows and Mac. Download the latest release and extract it completely. You need Codex with plugin support. Node.js is prepared automatically if needed.

Run the setup wizard

On Windows, double-click setup.cmd. On macOS, open setup.command. The wizard prepares Node.js, installs the plugin and checks the connection.

Connect your own account

Get your token from Tencent, paste it into the hidden terminal prompt, then restart Codex and start a new chat.

Never paste a token into chat or GitHub. Tencent may require VIP permissions for some operations. Your network must reach docs.qq.com.

Ask for what you need

Direct connection. Local credentials.

No maintainer proxy or telemetry. macOS uses Keychain; Windows uses DPAPI encryption; Linux uses a private file. Codex and Tencent process your document requests.
